Missing Line Item Disputes

Missing Line Item (MLI) disputes are utilized if resource time is completely omitted from an invoice it should be included on. These disputes can be started by selecting the ‘+ Missing Line’ button in the top right corner of the ‘Hours’ tab.

Selecting this button will open the Missing Line Dispute tray where the necessary information and supporting documentation can be uploaded and submitted to the organization for review.
